Hi Susy,
They have all sorts of activities running, its probably best to pop into the club or the West Torrens Council building (165 Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Hilton SA 5033). Some programs offered include Yoga sessions, morning tea and lunches and various sewing and cooking groups/classes.
