"Wrong Side of the Tracks"

Dudley Park is definitely one of those places where life and work don't come together. It may be an alright place to work or get you start in property investment. However, I wouldn't want to live here. It is a very urbanised and multicultural environment.

"When you've arrived this is the place to be"

You need to be wealthy to live here. However, if you have the money then this is the place to be. It has a beautiful treed environment and every one is friendly. It is the perfect place to bring up a family.

Beautiful, clean, safe, quiet, and friendly suburb.
Excellent parks, neighbours, streets, and just about everything!
