Is Greenwith a flood prone area?
Greenwith, SA 5125 is located within the Tea Tree Gully local government area, part of the Adelaide (Greater) Region in South Australia.

With the location of greenwith up on the hill above the Adelaide plain it is not a flood prone area in general. However if a house is on the low side of the road and there is not appropriate irrigation channels then it's possible you may have some water problems. This can be applied to absolutely anywhere however.
