Reviews of Pontoon Street, Seaford

"Considered by many to be the "Dress Circle " of Seaford."

There is no doubt that the residents of Pontoon Street are very garden proud, community minded people. The houses are mainly 1980's era some of which have been upgraded in recent years. The street features underground power (no stobie poles or overhead cabling). The area is very accessible to the beach and waterfront reserves and walking tracks.Moana township is a very short stroll away and offers the opportunity of a dine in experience at a casual waterfront Cafe. The new shopping precinct at Seaford is an easy commute with a variety of shops for everyday household needs.Moana Primary school is also easily accessible as is The Seaford Combined Schools Precinct and Ecumenical Centre. The residents are friendly and approachable. This is a great street for young families. The area has demonstrated strong growth and will continue to do so as the area matures and new infrastructure such as the Seaford Railway.
