The new shopping precinct at Seaford is an easy commute with a variety of shops for everyday household needs.Moana Primary school is also easily accessible as is The Seaford Combined Schools Precinct and Ecumenical Centre. The residents are friendly and approachable.This is a great street for young families. The area has demonstrated strong growth and will continue to do so as the area matures and new infrastructure such as the Seaford Railway.
