"A Great Place to Live"
Poplar Street is positioned to provide great access to arterial roads to the City, Airport and beyond, yet is far enough away for a quiet enjoyment without traffic noise. Easy walking access to local parks (there is even a fully maintained childrens playground in the street), the local primary school and the beach adds to the overall appeal.
My immediate neighbours used to all be elderly, but have changed and now there are more younger families living in the street.
Property is mainly single story dwellings around 30-40 years of age and are all well maintained with several having recently been renovated.
