Hello, was wanting to know if there is any cheap rentals under $400 a week ?

Hi - renting is extremely difficult at present, a very low number of properties available. Even people who have jobs are ending up living in their cars. If your mum can afford to buy it might be preferable - one bedders start from as low as $180,000

If you can't find any current rentals in your price range you can set up an alert so you're notified of any new properties in the area that meet your criteria.
To set up an alert you click on the bell in the top right corner next to the heart on the home page, you then select your suburb, price range etc. You can set up more than one alert and you will be emailed when something comes up :)
