Private sale one to two bed?

Does anyone have a one to two bed apartment for sale in Port Melbourne thats not currently listed (nothing currently on the market is suitable) ? My retired mum is looking to move there within weeks. Her budget is small but she will be a cash buyer. Her only demands are that it doesnt face straight into a wall or a neighbours room and that access to the bathroom is not just through a bedroom.
