Hi, I can't give you direct experiences however I've lived in the area for over twenty years.
Choice of schools is very personal and closely tied to our values.
My husband attended Christies during the 1970's it was quite notorious however he had a positive experience and went on to tertiary studies and a successful career.
Christies has a very mixed socio economic student base comprising middle class and working class backgrounds also an active Aboriginal
student and elder population which I see as a plus.Seaford is a newer school than Christies. Again probably quite a mixture in terms of socio economic backgrounds to be honest I've heard good things about both schools although I'm well aware that lots of parents prefer to pay for one of the many private schools in the area.
Again, very much values driven.
