It depends on when and where in the area. Parking at the LIRR has several lots available, but it all depends on when you work and how early you arrive, which lot will have space. However, on off peak times, these lots provide lots of available parking. There are meters along Main Street, and part of Port Washington Blvd, and some businesses have parking lots. Both the Soundview as well as the Delco shopping centers on Shore Road have parking provided when you are there.
On some blocks, parking is easier than others.
