What is the suburb of Primbee like?
Primbee, NSW 2502 is located within the Wollongong local government area, part of the Illawarra Region in New South Wales.
I think the suburbs of Port Kembla, Primbee and Windang are highly underpriced when compared to other beachside suburbs. I wouldn't be surprised if they are the next price boom suburbs in the Illawarra. What do you think?

I live here now. It is nice. I live in a quiet street. Never had any dramas. Nice park for the kids to play in. Primbee Public seems like a good school and my children love grandma Rosie's daycare on Illowra Cresent. It is a nice area to live, close to public transport and close to Westfield Warrawong but far enough away so it is quiet here. It is a short walk to Subway, Domino's, KFC and a few gyms and homemaker places. If you are thinking of moving here with kids I say do it. It is close enough to the beach and the bike path is fairly flat to windang. It is a small suburb and has a post office that also sells milk, bread etc. A nice little community.I love perfect Primbee.
Absolutely love Primbee and have lived here for some time now. Close to everything. Still a very underpriced area but Sydney people are catching onto Primbee now and buying here so prices may start to go up. Lots of large properties backing onto the lake which are lovely. Great quiet little suburb.
