Hi Can someone tell me please, what is permanent /holiday rentals like in Primrose Sands?

I used to have a holiday house there, but to be honest there are better places to buy/rent. Primrose sands is quaint though. Nice beach. Most of the shacks were built in the 50's/60's/70's, but there are also now some newer places
