Is it too far too drive to the city for work?

The traffic is appalling with so many cars on the road at peak hour, its a gruelling trip

The lifestyle @ Primrose Sands, plus the peace and tranquillity - make the 45 minute commute well worth the effort.

It is a 44minute drive from Primrose Sands to the city. It is doable when you think of Melb/Syd typical commutes however I would have thought a big benefit of living in TAS would be living close to work.
