I bought some land
Primrose Sands, TAS 7173 is located within the Sorell local government area, part of the Greater Hobart Region in Tasmania.
I bought a block around 18months ago and have been tossing up around building something small ie...tiny home or something similar . I need someone with knowledge on councils and what can be built without requiring council approval. I have equity in my loan and I am keen to start using it . Can anyone point me in the right direction on who is reliable enough for the job . The other option is , is I already have a 22 foot caravan on the block and was thinking maybe building something off that and extend outwards. My email is [email protected]
