Renting with Nikki Lee has been nothing but wonderful, from the application process to moving in and now 6 months in our home she has been wonderful with communication, giving us updates if there is any maintenance and even severe weather warnings for the area.
Also everytime she has attended the property she is always so warm and energetic, making note on how you are making it all your own and respectful of everyone living there.
I could not recommend a property manager more as she is fair, understanding, attentive and proactive for both tenant and owner.
