Ray White Turramurra has been servicing the area for some 13 years and at all times endeavour to offer high levels of service, along with outstanding results at Auction or Private Treaty. Whilst it may not be appropriate for me to nominate us as the best "Best" agent. I would be happy to offer my services for advice on buying, selling or leasing in the area, and let you make up your own mind as to wether we are the best agent for you. Please feel free to email me at [email protected] should you have any particular questions or require any advice.

Hi Kristina,
This question is best answered by yourself when or if you attend open homes in Pymble. Key indicators are the knowledge the Agent has about the property, area and whether or not they call you back to negotiate (often a major criticism about Agents). The marketing of property through ancillary service providers are common amongst all Agents/Agencies and it's prudent to assume that the Agent can do this competently, in my opinion the real WORK is at the negotiation stage.

We have been servicing Pymble since 1998 and like our local network partner Ray White Turramurra, we always try to achieve the best results for our stakeholders within the region. There is no such thing as Best Agent / Agency as styles differ but I can tell you with confidence that our reputation as a result of our success in the region is growing! In the current market we are experiencing a lot of regional, national and international buyers at the moment where our brand is present and often the trust is established before the customer has viewed our product. This allows us to focus on our Clients' properties (not our brand) and customer service so we can remain consistent with the other offices within the network. You can imagine that buyers are not looking in Ku-ring-gai / Pymble ONLY (often a misconception amongst property owners seeking boutique selling methods) and we are often competing with Agents all over Sydney. If the house matches the Purchasers' criteria then its a matter of trust. Often Purchasers are wary of the security of their deposit (especially if the Purchaser is overseas) and will look at the size of the Organisation especially when they are dealing with higher price ranges (wouldn't you do the same when you are buying property overseas...... unless the property is Really cheap?).

Currently I am receiving a lot of Oriental buyers who come into our Gordon Office (we experience a high level of Footfall as we are opposite Ku-ring-gai Council) inquiring about Killara High School zones and the suburbs between Gordon and Chatswood. SOME buyers (believe it or not) don't even know what is North of Gordon often using the Junction between Ryde/Mona Vale Road and Pacific Highway as a barrier of their location criteria. We have sold two properties over $2million last week as a result of educating this buyer profile on Pymble (17 Livingstone Ave and 14 Orinoco St). We also receive a large number of inquiries about West Pymble as most transport portals including West Pymble bus services enter into Gordon Train Station being the hub of the Ku-ring-gai region.
