I want to buy Brisbane/Gold Coast corridor?

I am looking at purchasing an investment property along the Gold Coast corridor to Brisbane. Looking for the cheapest house and land package avaialble, only interested in building new or purchasing new. My budget is $360,000-$400,000.

Any suggestions?

You can buy a brand new house and land package for this price. I would be looking at the following suburbs:

-Pimpama
-Upper Coomera
-Marsden
-Pacific Pines
-Coomera

There's heaps in this price range, try and do plenty of independent research as marketing companies are everywhere selling product based in this corridor, probably not quite as bad as the Bris-Sunshine Coast corridor but still an issue.

Also perhaps question the criteria about brand shiny new and run through a few scenarios concerning depreciation, because you can get an established house, say 4+2+2 <7yrs old in a similar price range and usually in better locations and bigger chunks of land (check the land size carefully on new builds), just a thought and not a suggestion.

Interested in how you went if you have purchased somewhere.
