Looking towards the Sunshine Coast
My wife, 4 y/o daughter, 1 y/o twins and I are looking at moving to near the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. I am hopeful of securing a job at either Maroochydore, Nambour, or Caloundra. (In that order)
I have been doing some research and have a bit of an idea of which suburbs appeal and also have an idea of the lay of the land as my wife is originally from Queensland and we visit Mooloolaba for holidays every year.
We currently live in Tassie and have a 3 bedroom brick home that is valued at about $250,000.
Ideally we would like to try and find a 4 bedroom house for around $350,000 which is a little bit out of built up areas or somewhere relatively small. (Say Nambour, Bli Bli, Buderim, Kuluin etc)
I would also like to live within 20 - 25 minutes of Maroochydore.
Just wondering what suburbs/towns would best fit this type of category?
