Looking to move to Mindarie/Quinns

Lovely area that is still developing. Great for families. Quinns Beach is good public primary. Irene McCormack great private highschool. Butler College great public highschool but you must be zoned for the area to go to this school. Love Old Quinns. New Quinns has public housing. General rule is to stick to private estates and you steer clear of any public housing. Having said this I have lived amongst the public housing and had no dramas whatsoever. Had a friend live in a private estate and house got ransacked. Havent heard anything positive about Clarkson High. But again, I think this is based on who you talk to. Mindarie is lovely but pricier than Quinns. hope that helped?
