"good atmosphere - great area"
Cul-de-sac with not much traffic. Next to park with playground and BBQ area.
Upcoming area close to the city and universities. Easy and fast to drive to city via Hawker Street and War Memorial Drive. Bus stop close by. Nice local cafè (Hawker Street Cafè) only minutes away and lokal Foodland and Chemist close by. Pub in Hawker St (have not visited yet).
Community Garden in Green St and several parks in the area to go for walks and enjoy with the kids.
It would be great to have some more cafès, restaurants and shops. A gym would be nice too (not sure if there is one in this area?) A plus is that it is very close to city, Nth Adelaide and Queen St. with many great facilities!

Just found out there is a gym in Hawker st. North Adelaide Fitness Centre.
