"Ray Street, Findon - As good as you get !"
A new and expanding estate area, newly built homes are on smaller blocks at one end of the street and older homes and larger blocks at the other end. The new expanding estate is located next to the Findon Shopping Centre a luxury of Convenience to anyone who has had the pleasure to live there and resembles a resort style location with large leisure parks lined with palm trees. Popular apartment living is also here and most residents are young growing families & professionals.

- Convenience to local shopping & facilities

- Due to future developments road are not fully developed to new areas
