Buying a house in Raymond terrace...good idea?

Hi everyone, just wondering if Raymond terrace is a good suburb where to rent a house. We have to move to Newcastle for job and we are looking to rent in Rees James road . Is that a good spot? Thank you

I love Raymond Terrace its a friendly green leafy home for families and happy young and sweet less young people to make a peaceful home here. I find its nice close to the shopping centres its good to drive around to see the best places for you to live.
