We met Paul McGrath about 10 years ago when we purchased a property through our SMSF from him in Seacliff. He was the ultimate professional ensuring that he did not just work for the vendor to gain the ultimate outcome, but a rapport was built from us as the buyer perspective from our purchase and we knew we had met someone within the Real Estate industry we could trust for future purchases and/or the sale of our properties.
We contacted Paul a couple of years ago about selling our SMSF property in Seacliff. Paul told us ""he could sell it tomorrow"". 
However, he communicated he believed the market still had some serious gains to be made and 2 years later in July 2025 we will be selling the Seacliff property with Paul (currently an agreement signed ready to sell in late August) at what will be a substantially higher price than 2 years ago .
Paul has kindly guided us through the myriad of challenges and stress that can be part of the process of selling or buying property making the outcome- honest, simple, and focused in every aspect. 
His knowledge is next level due to his experience in the Real Estate space and commitment to gain the best outcome with simple truths that others have not provided in the past. Over committing and under delivering to get the listing. 
We understand that the end result is what the current available base/market is prepared to pay. Paul also understands this but still uses every tool to gain the best result.
We are certain even before the sale of the property at Seacliff that the outcome will be beneficial and look forward to adding an additional testimonial after the property settles.
To 'frame' this level of service Paul has provided information was communicated on the need for 'Power of Attorney' required as part of the sale for the Conveyancer within our SMSF as my wife will be overseas when the property sells and may not have mobile data. Paul also suggested the need to contact the Conveyancer now to ensure document's that require  pre-signing are in place. 
Last year Paul sold an investment property , outside of super and 8 years old, for us in St Clair and it was such an easy process that achieved a record price within that complex in just 3 days at the very 'high' range of offers to be considered from Paul's understanding to not go too high in advertising and scare 'real' buyers away.
We have our home in Glenelg North that we will sell at some point and have no hesitation in asking  Paul or one of his other highly trained Associates to sell it and will continue to refer our friends and family to this business for the payment of a fair commission rate and other costs associated with the sale for a fantastic 'above and beyond' service level.
