"What a fantastic street to live on"
The street is wide and generally calm, clean and well maintained. Even so, the front garden at 3 Regency Rd is designed to give you privacy and transports you to your own space.
Just two hundred meters away, is a Small village style shopping center, which includes Foodland, Hair dressers, Bakery, Butcher, Chemist, BWS, McDonalds, News agency and others. There is even a dentist located at 2 Regency Rd.
If your prefer public transport, there is a bus stop just 2 doors down, and a Park and Ride 1.5km away at the end of Kenihans Rd.
It has been a convenient pleasure living here.
