Is it safe to live there? What's the pros and cons for a young couple.

Bankstown in a place where most people would want to live. Hospital, Bus station, Train station, Airport, Shopping Centre... Anything else? You name it and Bankstown would probably have it.
Bankstown is a convenient and hectic place as the population rate is growing every day. A very multicultural place from cuisine to religion to customs.
It is indeed a safe suburb to live in. If not, why would so many people pay millions to live here?
I was born in Bankstown and have lived here my whole life. It isn't dangerous!
Bankstown is an unusual suburb though! Incidents. They happen every year. 2018. People die because of buses and trucks and cars, some even get shot (2018 Happy Cup criminal lawyer incident). There are also rumours of old men doing stuff to teenage girls (but since I've lived here, I haven't heard of witnessed anything like that)
