What are the internet speeds like in Rhodes?

I've read a few reviews and all say that internet speeds are really slow. I am with iprimus and considering buying into the area.

Being located 4k from the Concord exchange the speeds are quite average ( ~200-400kpbs. Compare this to the avg 1Mbps I was getting while living in Parramatta.)
