Honestly, huge park, close to train, walk to the water, quiet, nice neighbourhood, no traffic,great houses... The list goes on & on. We lived in inner city brisbane & I'm kicking myself I didn't move the family out here years ago. Like a seaside holiday town 40 minutes train ride from brisbane CBD. 2 gyms in walking distance, PCYC down the road with tonnes of activities for the children & school & holiday care & yacht club that does sailing lessons for the kids! This place is insanely good. Don't tell anyone.

Lota is a beautiful place to live, friendly people,country town feel, awesome school, beautiful parks and bikeways. The only thing that spoils living in Richard St is when netball season is on and there is no parking and very hard to get out of your driveway.
