Crime Rate in this Street. Is living so close to the train tracks noisy?

I lived in Devonshire Road for over two years and yes the trains are noisy, but after a while you become oblivious to it. I haven't experienced any crime but you get a few hoons driving around late at night and you do see graffiti out and about. Sad that since the pandemic prices have gone up and that includes rents.
