"A busy road on the outskirts of Adelaide's CBD"
Richmond Road is a major road spanning from the south-western corner of the parklands and heading towards the beach. It is home to a number of businesses, and is quite a commercial area.
However there are a number of homes dotted along Richmond Road. It is quite an inexpensive place to live (whether as a rental or to buy), despite the close proximity to the city, so is worthwhile considering.
There are frequent buses along Richmond Road, so you can be in the CBD in 10 minutes or go the other direction and you'll be on the beach in 20.
