Are there any hair salons with quality service but low prices in Rittenhouse?

I don't want to go to a Hair Cuttery or Supercuts type of shop, but am on a tight budget. What salons have great stylists but low prices?

There are a ton of hair salons in Center City, so picking one that matches your style and your budget can be a bit of a struggle. My suggestion would be just to look on a site like Yelp for reviews and pictures of the salon. Sometimes something as minor as the decor can really turn you off to a place.
A few recommendations for affordable hair salons in Rittenhouse Square (although to get really affordable, you should look outside of this neighborhood!) include Rinse, Volume Hair Salon, Heads & Tails and Mirror & Mantel.
