Two places come to mind. Firstly, I've been a patient of Wills Eye since I was 1 year old dude to an injury. Honestly, if it weren't for them I would have definitely lost my eye. Wills Eye is an eye hospital which tends to deal with eye issues and injuries that aren't as simple as losing sight due to old age. Their staff is always awesome too. And it's right in Center City. My parents use The Eye Institute in Chestnut Hill and love it. They always are raving about the staff and how simple they make things.
I go to Wrigley Eye Associates in Center City on Chestnut Street. I work in the city, so it's convenient for me to get to their office on a lunch break or before or after work. The office is small, but nice. they also have a nice frame selection and I recently got a pair of nice Ray Bans from this office.
I've also always wanted to go into Modern Eye in the city too - they look like they have such a great selection and cool staff.
Yes for Wills Eye - In downtown Philadelphia. Easy to get to on public transit. Parking is expensive and hard to find. It is in a safe and up-beat location. Best wishes.
