Is Riverstone, Muccollah street is safe area?

Is Brighton Street a good street. I've been there , all new houses and good people. Just wondering about the negative reviews
At the moment Riverstone as most lower income areas, is in the middle of the meth problem. Ive lived on the "good side" of Riverstone my whole life. Cars and houses being broken into is a regular problem. Most of the time the thieves are under age, so they get a slap on the wrist and straight back on the street. Its such a shame to as it was once a laid back place with an almost rural feel to it.
No there is housing commission nearby Riverstone Rd, tenanted by indigenous & others, some of whom are troublemakers so the other side of Garfield Rd is considered the "good" side but there is a big local police station to protect you & you can build a new, vibrant community with your new neighbours.....
Riverstone is a great suburb with great potential in the future, it's developing as so many people are moving to the suburb. Almost 80% of the population of Riverstone travels to City for work every day. I met many teenagers who travel to City to UTS for graduation. The place is old but now with changing times, all are selling their places and moving further far towards Richmond or are getting old. The place is one of the well-developed areas in the region with every possible facility just nearby, which pretty much makes this suburb a well-developed one. The suburb will offer you with the budgeted house which will increase in value. Nearby, Nor-west Christian college/school is among the best high schools.

Riverstone is a great suburb with great potential in the future, it's developing as so many people are moving to the suburb. The place is one of the well-developed areas in the region with every possible facility just nearby. The place is no doubt an old suburb that's why you would see the old shops and old houses, which has changed now. The suburb will offer you with the budgeted house which will increase in value. Nearby , Nor-west Christian high school is among the best high schools.
