Is Rivett a good area for a young family?

It is a good area for a young family as far as safety is concerned. However, it is an expensive area, with propertty prices starting at the high 300's and ranging through to the low 600's. If you can afford to live in the area it has great public and private schools and plenty of parkland and bike tracks to explore togather.
