thinking of relocating to robina, varsity lakes or carrara?

which is the best suburb for families with young kids, very soccer orientated and lifestyle. Of course must be close to transport schools and shops

I think Varsity lakes is the perfect place to raise a family. Water canals are everywhere with parks, walkways and shops and cafes to enjoy with our sunshine for 11-12 months of the year since the weather is so nice. Oh yes and plenty of ovals and sporting grounds for the kids to play football.

I have recently left a review on Carrara:

"Great Community, close to M1 but quiet"
Home of Metricon Stadium, and also a new Sports Precinct is being developed for the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Access to Nerang-Broadbeach Road which will take you straight to Broadbeach and Broadbeach Waters. Minutes to the M1, plenty of shops located in nearby suburb Nerang and the M1 will take you either up to Westfield Helensvale, or further south to Robina Town Centre - Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is also a short drive. The Nerang Train Station is no more than 10 minutes away, and lots of access to bus stops.
There are also plenty of schools - Worongary State Primary, Emmanual College, All Saints Anglican, Merrimac Primary & High School.
Great for families, great for everyone!
