Nicki Cunningham marketed my investment property and it was sold under the hammer at auction. Her communication and reports were excellent and the outcome was superb. The sale price was $180000 over my reserve and that really reflects the amount of effort in the marketing of the property. Nicki and her principal Wendy Lenaghan provided great feedback and support and their relationships with prospective purchasers, local developers and builders assisted the final result. Nicky helped me in purchasing our current water front property in Coomera. She was very helpful and throughout the negotiation and provided timely information. In general I am also happy with her overall support in this purchase. Some of the aspects, which I believe are beyond her control as seller lives overseas created some minor issues and costed a bit of money in fixing things as I was not getting any or timely response

I would rate Nicky as an 11 out of 10 agent. She was very professional and thorough in her preparation and through the sales process. Her communication was excellent and this included weekly emails which included detailed feedback from all people who inspected the property. I particularly liked that Nicky is realistic and will give you any bad feedback as well as the good feedback. She was direct with us about the need to declutter the house and her advice in this regard was very valuable and spot on. Nicky has the right blend of expertise, professionalism and effective communication for a real estate agent.She also has an uncanny ability to achieve a great result for her vendors.
