What about schools? This is my biggest concern going in blind and not knowing anything about them. We are in NSW and depending on border closures Im unsure when we will be able to get there to visit them.

Helensvale is a great suburb, it is close enough to the M1, and also lots of schools shops and parks you have access too. You can also get lovely waterfront properties in this sought after area.

Helensvale is a pretty decent suburb. Good state schools, lots of little reserves, so it feels like a relatively green suburb, close to a westfield and a local shopping centre, library and train station.
