Can someone tell me any flood zone in Helenvale?

there is no area of Helensvale that floods. the properties on the banks of the coomera river see the water rise during very heavy rain but I am not aware of any houses flooding in Helensvale.

Flood zones can be obtained at the Gold Coast City Council, I'm unsure whether you could obtain this directly from their website - but worth a try.
I would be more concerned about the mosquitoes in the area that you are looking at worth inspecting after a rain late afternoon around 5pm.
