Hi Trise, Great question, the Arise Estate doesn't have any Body Corporate as there are no estate managed facilities or inclusions. All parks, roads and communal areas are maintained by the Brisbane City Council which is covered in the rates. By comparison, the Rochedale Estates has a Body Corporate as there are exclusive facilities for use by residents of the estate - such as the lifestyle center, security patrols, the landscaping team etc. I hope that helps!
