How is the neighborhood on Tee Time Rb SE.

Tee Time Road is part of Hundred Acre Woods subdivision in Southeast Rochester. It’s one of the newest southeast subdivisions. It provides great access to RCTC. Its close to East Wood Park which has a golf course, tot lot, small baseball diamond and mountain biking. Super easy to get from this area to Northeast Rochester via E. Circle Dr.. You’ll enjoy that there’s really just one main road through the subdivision and then a bunch a little cul-de-sacs. Nice houses, all built since about 2006-ish. Homes at the entrance to the subdivision there probably around $350,000-$400,000. As you go up the hill you’ll see both newer and slightly more expensive homes.
