I am moving to Rockdale Plaza apartments next week it's beautiful
Pls be honest as i also have 2 kids & wouldn't want them to live & smell waste everyday.

I lived in Rockdale Plaza for 2 and 1/2 years, no smell of waste at all. Lovely apartment with all the amenities. But if you have kids, Beware! The oldies, permanent residents don't like kids, kids will not be allowed to play anywhere, no bike riding, ec. Kids will not be able to behave like kids.
Also, if you are a renter, do not rent out 1208/3 , the horrible lady living below will make sure you are evacuated from the place ASAP. My own experience ..we had to leave within 10 months to another unit in the same building.
