just wondering where in/ around rockhampton cbd is good to buy . - Not affected by flood and good rental returns .

Koongal is close to the city centre and also not far from meat works so makes for a good rental area. It is not in flood. Worth considering is Depot Hill Quay St. Though in flood area it is river frontage and as we all know from any city in the world that becomes very valuable.
