When is the NBN coming to Rosanna?

According to NBNco's website there is no construction that's been started, and no current plans.
Based on the fact that Rosanna gets High-speed cable (as well as the standard ADSL2+), I'd say it would be a while before the NBN hits.
However, cable plans from Optus and Telstra sit around 30mbps standard, and go up to 100mbps for the premium pack, which is almost as good!
