Looking for an honest opinions by the locals of Rosanna !

I am aspiring chef and been working in the industry for a while and thinking of opening something of my own . And doing some homework of my own in regards to which surhurb would be the best for this venture ...
Would the locals of Rosanna appreciate another cafe/ brunch place in their locality ?

There have been a few places on Grenville Road try this and is hasn’t gone that well for them
