Rose Hedge Drive, Sydenham, VIC 3037

The street is mostly quiet but there is one guy that runs some rc car often in the afternoons, super noisy which sucks when you're doing shift work but he only runs it for about 30min (even so find a non residential area dude, it's noisy as hell!) Also kids ride their noisy illegal motorbikes up and down occasionally racing each other. Never been broken into but neighbours have been. Medium amount of litter. Close to station and a park so those are the positive features. So just ok overall.
