I would totally recommend living on or near this location. I work close by, off Aberdour Avenue and Thomas Francis Way, Rouse Hill is a place I walk to for my lunch breaks on occasion or just to stretch my legs. The homes facing the parklands always look immaculate and there are a lot of permanent residents - very tightly held community. Close to all amenities within walking distance to shops at the village and bus transport to the Rouse Hill Town Centre and Metro trains. Rouse Hill Public School is a short walk away and very popular with the locals.
