Hi guys, which side is better, Bunnings side or Riverside?

South side,which is on the river side is getting a lot of civil and construction work done to amenities and walkways and cafes are popping up on the rivers
edge.Parramatta River is also getting a clean bill of health so I believe "The South" is getting gentrified facelift so I'm betting on anything close to the river will be more sought after.
