Are there any waterfront properties available in Safety Bay?

Are you after purchasing or renting??? If so the answer to both is Yes :)
The properties for rent in the area on the beachfront tend to be holiday rentals attracting higher $$$ however there are the odd bargain/older properties available too. There are plenty of properties for sale in the area too....but don't tend to last long on the market. The "waterfront" properties in Safety Bay are not actually located right on the waterfront like some areas they are across the road from the beach (with water views and access) however they are still considered waterfront.
