Hi, The answer will vary depending on who you ask and what they consider to be nice/good about the area....However in my un biased opinion I would say it would have to be the beautiful beaches, recreational activities (cycle/walking paths, family friendly as well as dog beaches, kayaking, kite surfing etc), free BBQs and kid friendly foreshore. The proximity to the beach. The good value for money properties in the area (older style but huge blocks). Hope this helps :)
