What is the best part of Salisbury to move in if you had to choose?

Hi everyone
After opinions on the are Salisbury! I have read noone should move there , but then I've read its a great family area. I'm after areas that are cheap and safe for young families. Preferably with rent up to $275

The best part of Salisbury would definitely have to be Salisbury Heights. More safer and less Housing Trust than the rest of the northern suburbs. Possibly the most safest place in those northern areas.
