Samson circuit has two faces, one where the homes overlook a treed reserve, and the second has houses both sides of the street. The reserve side has the better aspect and and a quieter environment.
Generally the circuit is quiet with no hoonish activity.
The aerodrome proximity can be a distraction at times with small helicopters providing the most annoyance but this is not all together frequent as the council I understand has put operational restrictions on their activities.
Bellvista estate is 10 minutes from all general retail, beach and other recreational activities.
The estate is off the "beaten track" with traffic being residential as there is no though road to elsewhere.
Overall Bellvista is a well established, rural style residential estate, with a great living environment.

A perfect street with welcoming and friendly neighbours and extremely quiet and peacful at night. The perfect place to raise a family. Parks and walks close by so great for the dogs as well!
