"Quiet, opposite park, bird life"
We have lived in Sanctuary Parkway since we built 2 1/2 years ago. Very quiet street with gorgeous views over the park. The park is always filled with bird life. The walking track through the park is a great way to start your day. Canterbury college is just 5 minute walk for the kids and a new day care centre & IGA coming to Jarvis Rd. New shopping centre due to open early 2011 on Gardiner Rd. Neighbours very friendly as are the other walkers you pass in the park.
